Celebrate AAPI Heritage Month with an authentic tasting tour of three Savannah restaurants

I too tend not to stray away from the comforted mall meals from Panda Express and PF Chang’s and branch into the unknown. Many restaurants local to the area are hoping that its customers would find the courage to become curious about authentic cuisines. Luckily, because of  the Internet, a variety of cooking shows and social media posts, authentic Asian foods are slowly gaining notoriety for its uniformity and abundance of spices. Breaking the stronghold that many of us may have about ordering mostly Americanized dishes like General Tso Chicken or department store Pad Thai. Following three different local Asian restaurants- PJ Thai, E-Tang, and L&L Barbecue. I gained insight on cooking that stems from family history and a love for recreating meals that defines comfort, love, and most importantly consistency.
